Started reading and collecting
comics when flicking through my older brother's pile of them at the
tender age of six. It was at this time that I realised that scissors and
paper shouldn't always go together.
Bought my first comic with my own money in 1975
(Defenders #24) and started collecting seriously at that point. Bronze
and Silver Age Marvels became an addiction for me, with the odd DC
thrown in for good measure. Man dressed up as a bat - sheesh!
Decades and thousands of comics later I decided to
liberate some of those comics and let them out into the wild again.
After selling on Ebay since 2003 and seeing that venue
change for the worse for sellers I thought about selling directly to
fellow collectors. Hence the site you see before you now.
I still buy around 50 modern comics a month, while
pursuing as many Golden Age comics as I can. And magazines. And slabs.

I started reading comics as a very young
boy and have always been an avid Marvel Comics fan. It was when I was in
my twenties that I started trying to buy back issue's of my favourite
titles, at first the relatively cheap stuff that I'd missed but
progressing into the Bronze and Silver Ages.
Over a long period of time I've learnt to grade comics and am now in a
position where I can offer a solid trustworthy service to anyone wishing
to buy comics from me. I have replaced a lot of my original collection
with higher graded copies which had left me with many doubles
that I needed to sell if I wanted to keep buying for my own collection.
I've done a little selling on Ebay, I was a semi regular seller at the
Collectors Market Place at the Royal National Hotel in London for two
years and I have also done a great deal of selling privately over the
internet to those I have met on different forums that I frequent.
I am still an enthusiastic collector of mainly Silver and Bronze Age
comics and I still collect and read many of the new releases coming out
today.
